Product great but wrong colour.Return policy ridiculous: I pay postage and take on risk item doesn'tget lost in mail or doesn't get processed wrongly ie I have to risk at least $150 and hope I get the right colour back.Not good policy when it was your mistake sending the wrong colour. Other companies have emailed me a prepaid return postage coupon that I just had to stick on bag and pop in any mailbox.I love your jumpers,bought one every year. But not anymore.

Gorgeous shade of light mauve wool. Love how Cablestitch placed in design, pockets well-positioned,generous sizing & length to knee, very weighty & warm. Ordered 2 sizes bigger for winter woolies space under,fab fit & shaping. Well-made with no shoddiness. Like different knitstitch when turn back for deep cuff. Only dislike: buttons slightly too large for buttonholes, will distort over use, fixable by replacing with smaller, minor irritation only of otherwise fab coatigan. Already been much admired. Highly recommend.
