Lovely thickness and warmth. Very lightweight, very similar to normal fleece, but without the plastic. Super cozy. I removed the labels and reversed the buttons as the smooth side is very sleek. Wish I'd bought the next size up as it likes to contract when washed and needs a little stretch.
