Softness, design, fit, length but it pilled badly after just one week and I have donated it to the charity shop. From my point of view a waste of £73

It was much too big for my 12 going on 14 size, the colour was not what I thought I ordered and the wool ply was thin so it did not seem very warm. I returned the jumper. Another jumper I ordered at the same time in the same size was however lovely.
