Love the colour, but not so happy with how quickly it pills, I also noticed there has been a change in country as to where it is made. I know the wool should be the same but the product seemed different to previous purchases of which there have been several over the years.

In regard to pilling, we do expect some pilling initially with natural fibres, however, this should be a temporary process. All wool has short and long fibres, the shorter fibers will naturally work their way to the surface and once these have gone you are left with long fibres that will not pill. The pills can easily be removed with a pilling comb and the pilling should settle after the first few wears and wash.

I have several Woolovers jumpers, and they have all worn well. I did not expect these new ones to pill on the first wearing. That is not what I expected to happen.
