I ordered this shirt because it was described as "white" and looked white in the photograph. When it arrived, it was a deep cream colour, not what I wanted at all and I would not have ordered it had I known. I advised Woolovers of this and asked for a pre-paid return label as the item had been inaccurately described. They refused, saying that "although the item is described as white, it is depicted as off-white". This seemed like a ridiculous comment to me, but I still had to pay to return the blouse. I have been shopping with Woolovers for years, but now I have unsubscribed from their mailing and email list. There's a lot of competition in on-line shopping and customer service and satisfaction is very important, but not to Woolovers, apparently.

Sizing large so order 1 size less than normal. Lovely fabric.
