I bought 2 jumpers the same size, but this jumper was different and too small.
I took the slip to send the form back, which had a different address on it to the one to use on the website. I emailed Woolovers to let them know it was on its way back, and the auto reply said they would get back to me in 48 hours. That was 9 days ago. I haven't heard anything. I then used their online feedback form to get in touch, and the auto reply said I would hear back in 48 hours. That was 5 days ago and again nothing. Which clearly means if I do as advertised, buy a new jumper and email them to get my postage refunded, it will never happen as I won't hear from them. Also, I still don't have a refund from my jumper anyway. This was my first time using this company. I will never use them again, I would not recommend them to others. Currently I do not have a jumper or a refund, and have just lost money down the toilet.
